Totem Animal Workshop - Rainbow Bee-Eater

A$70.00

Enjoy an afternoon retreat, to go within and tap into your own inner wisdom. Join me at this restorative, Totem Animal Wisdom Workshop, as we invite in the energy of the Rainbow Bee-Eater to balance our feminine and masculine energies, through the gentle medicine of yin yoga, meditation and intuitive art.

During this time I invite you to slow down from the busyness of your life, to take a pause, to allow yourself the time to go within.

Through a gentle Qigong routine we will release stuck energy and balance our hearts. Then we sink into restorative Yin yoga poses. Each pose we move through is targeted to open and align each one of your seven main chakras or energy centres, that flow up from the base of your spine to your crown.  From here I will guide you through a meditation where we step into the beautiful Kathleen McArthur Reserve, where we will connect in with the messages of  our Totem animal, the Rainbow Bee-Eater. Using the wisdom we have gained from the Rainbow Bee-Eater we will indulge in some uninterrupted time and space to creatively express our feminine and masculine energies in a free form mandala. This can be done with drawings, free flowing lines and movement or words, there are no limitations. A rough template will be provided but feel free to wonder outside the lines.

No previous experience in yin Qigong, Yin Yoga or art is required.

We will come together to close the practice and to share a simple, grounding afternoon tea featuring fresh fruit, delicious homemade snacks and herbal teas.
